TripTV Best-of-the-Best Contest Submission Guidelines

Each piece must follow certain criteria for approval:

i. Delivery in an Uncompressed Quicktime .MOV at full frame size (1440x1080 or 1280x720 for HDV) and Progressive-scan format. Do not apply any Codec to the piece.

ii. Not required but best if filmed in Progressive-scan format

iii. Content should be delivered in finished format - completely edited including transitions, music, graphics where necessary. Each piece must have voiceover or interview dialogue to walk the viewer through what they are seeing.

iv. A second 'clean' version should be submitted that does not include ANY graphics or transitions

v. Pieces must be accompanied by music. Producer must have license or ownership rights to all music used in the final piece. By submitting an entry, you accept all personal and professional liability for copyright infringement for unlicensed music use. Proof of license may be requested by TripTV at any time.

vi. If talent is used, please submit a .doc or .pdf scan of the signed Model Release from the talent. Pieces that are not accompanied by a signed model release will not be accepted. can be forwarded to Production@TripTV.com with a subject line "BOTB Model Release".

vii. The finished content should be no less than 60 seconds and no more than 3 minutes.

viii. All filming must be in High Definition (HD) format. No Standard Definition formats will be accepted.

ix. Once the footage has been accepted the full ownership will be retained by TripTV, LLC. The Producer will not have any rights for copy, sale or distribution.

x. You may self-promote at the end of the video with your company name and logo. Website URLs and phone numbers may NOT be included.
